Came in late at night and got a great experience from the whole staff. The energy was amazing for the time and you can feel the love they put into the food they make. Their customer service is top tier! Will definitely be coming back to this location.
This is a great shake shack! Very nice inside- clean and comfortable with a very hospitable and welcoming staff. I was greeted right away (no line!), my order was ready SUPER quickly. They had an expeditor at the window who brought everyone their orders and made sure they got what they needed. Very efficient and professional There were plenty of clean tables to eat at inside, or easy to take to go. Unlike other casual fast food restaurants, this Shake Shack was 100% wheelchair accessible. The manager Howard and supervisor Brianne(a)? were both very kind when I spoke to them, as were all of the employees at this location. They were sold out of a few drinks (understandable on a hot summer’s day) but I appreciated that they had marked on the menu board so you did not have to wait to get to the counter to find out they don’t have the drink you decided on. Will definitely be back!
No complaints here! This restaurant is kept very tidy and orders are quick, accurate, and tasty. A group of 7 of us placed orders ahead on the app and the food was ready within 10 minutes! The burgers are incredible as always. So juicy and flavorful. Make sure you get a side of that Shack sauce. The shroom burger is so good. It’s the best fried mushroom you will have, and the inside is stuffed with melty cheese. The fries are easily some of the best. The fries are double fried which gives a really coarse and crunchy exterior while being incredibly soft on the inside. I personally use that side of extra Shack sauce with the fries!
Loved the attention to detail Ivy had during my visit while I caught up on my work with my colleague. She was sure to ask about what I needed or if I needed assistance with anything. Very much appreciated as I’ve never experienced this at any other shake shack location before. Will definitely be returning!
We were looking around Columbia campus when we stopped here for lunch. It is so tasty! I loved their burgers and the Shack-cago dog. My husband thought the burgers were a little small but I liked them. I order the black and white malt shake. It was so creamy at this location but I ordered it again at the airport location and it was less creamy and more icy. My husband got the root beer float and loved it.
Literally the best shake shack I’ve ever been to. The service from Alex was amazing and the food was good as always. Would definitely recommend this location.
Customer service was excellent. The cashier allowed me to test the sauce on the new burger. And someone served us our order at the table while dining in.
It was clean, and quick service. BRY assisted me with switching out my cold fries for some nice new hot ones with no problem . I appreciate that
